we are popping up again at vinyl wine bar tomorrow evening, here is what’s on board:

poached organic chicken, red + green onions, fresh herbs, cracklins, ginger dressing

bun bo la lot
grilled betel leaf wrapped beef, vermicelli noodles, pickled veg, 3 bottled fish sauce

vietnamese affogato
condensed milk ice creme + coffee

it’s going to be a good one peoples, don’t miss out!
starts at 6:30pm until we run out of the goodness.
