bun tam bi – our signature dish, you know what’s up!
nem nuong cuon – vietnamese sausage rolls
it feels great to get ready to grill again. it must be this sunshine and our neighborhoods love to fire up the coals because we got flame kissed goodness on the mind. at vinyl this past wednesday, we made nem nuong cuon which is our vietnamese pork sausage which flew more like hot cakes. be on the look out for these to pop-up on the menu at the window (1599 howard street @ 12th). serving up lunch there every thursday of this month, come through!
