here is the menu that will get your mid-week poppin:

fresh spring rolls

shrimp, pork, fresh herbs, red lettuce, and noodles

fried tofu cubes in mashed tomato sauce topped

with green onions and cilantro

young green mango salad

green mango, shrimp, carrots, fresh herbs, roasted peanuts, fried shallots

with fish sauce dressing and shrimp chips

[goi xoai xanh]

lemongrass pork riblets

bite-size lemongrass ribs and sesame rice

with in house pickled veg

[suon nuong xa]

at it again!

it is on tomorrow at Vinyl Wine Bar in San Francisco folks!

the menu is short and sweet.
it will awaken the senses and make you feel fine, but don’t take our word for it.
come by and experience it for yourself.

tamarind sour soup with taro stem, pineapple, tomatoes, and okra with vermicelli noodles.
a family favorite!

all the way live

we have had quite the weekend folks!  our east bay pop-up launch, “saigon specialties” was a smash!
mother nature put the smack down early, only to clear up and let the sunshine in on the festivities.
all and all, it didn’t matter much because the people came, they ate, and they conquered.
